Syracuse, N.Y. — It’s 70 degrees in Syracuse, making it the warmest Feb. 27 ever recorded, according to the National Weather Service.

Today’s spring-like breezes are making it the third-warmest February day on record. And today could move up the ranks: Unofficial observations at the Syracuse airport indicate it’s already 72 degrees today.
