Leadership Greater Syracuse announces 52 class of 2023 graduates

Leadership Greater Syracuse announced its class of 52 participants graduated from the program after attending a full year of classes throughout 2023.

The Leadership Greater Syracuse flagship program is an in-depth experience that immerses participants in the challenges and the achievements of the community. Each year, LGS participants represent employees from a cross-section of local employers, including corporations, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and start-ups. To date, more than 300 employers have enriched their workforce by supporting employees’ participation in LGS’s flagship program. Approximately 85 percent of LGS’s 1,500 graduates remain in CNY, and they’ve held 800 volunteer positions.
