Legendary pop singer Tony Orlando is saying goodbye to the road after six decades of performing.
The 79-year-old entertainer, best known for his work as Tony Orlando and Dawn, announced his farewell tour dates Monday, including multiple shows in Las Vegas. No New York concerts are scheduled, but Orlando will perform Feb. 27-28 at the Fallsview Casino in Niagara Falls, Ontario.
Tickets for the Niagara Falls performances are on sale via Ticketmaster; Orlando will perform at 3 p.m. both days, plus a third show at 8 p.m. on Feb. 28. Prices start at CA $45.85, including fees.
Orlando told Billboard that heโs ending his touring career due to multiple factors, including his age and the cost of travel. Heโs instead focusing on writing a Broadway show and exploring ideas for films and a new book through his new venture, Tony Orlando Productions and Explosive Film and Entertainment. Heโll also continue his broadcasting career with New York City radio station 77 WABC.

Orlando, as the frontman for the pop group Tony Orlando & Dawn, hit No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 three times in the 1970s with songs like โKnock Three Times,โ โHe Donโt Love You (Like I Love You)โ and the Grammy-nominated โTie a Yellow Ribbon Round the Ole Oak Tree.โ Orlando has also worked as an actor, appearing in TV shows like โChico and the Manโ andโThe Cosby Show,โ movies like 1976โฒs โA Star is Bornโ and Adam Sandlerโs โThatโs My Boy,โ and Broadwayโs โBarnum.โ
