‘Lord of the Dance’ performance in Utica cancelled

“Michael Flatley’s Lord of the Dance” 25th anniversary tour has cancelled its upcoming show in Central New York.

The performance was originally scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 14, at the Stanley Theatre in Utica before organizers postponed it to March due to “unforeseen circumstances.”

Now due to “circumstances beyond control,” the performance has been cancelled with no plans to reschedule, according to a news release from The Stanley Theatre.

The theatre did not share any additional information on the reason for the cancellation. Tickets will be refunded to all purchasers and may take up to 30 days to process, the theatre said.
