Man charged with taking inappropriate photos of people in Syracuse strikes two cars while fleeing, police say

Syracuse, N.Y. — A man suspected of taking inappropriate photos of people struck two cars on Marshall Street as he tried to flee from police Tuesday afternoon in Syracuse, police said.

Police were called around 3:07 p.m. to the area of 1100 E. Genesee St. for reports that a man was acting suspiciously and taking inappropriate photos of people, said Lt. Matthew Malinowski, a Syracuse police spokesperson.
