Auburn, N.Y. — A man has been convicted a second time for fatally shooting a man during a drug deal at an Auburn home in 2019.
A jury on Friday found Gage Ashley guilty of second-degree murder, first-degree attempted robbery and second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, Cayuga County District Attorney Brittany Grome Antonacci said in a news release. The jury started deliberation Thursday afternoon.
