Man shot on East Side of Syracuse, police say

Syracuse, N.Y. — A man was shot Friday evening on the East Side of Syracuse, police said.

Police were called to the shooting around 7:51 p.m. to the 200 block of Croly Street, Lt. Matthew Malinowski, a Syracuse police spokesperson, said in a news release.
