Manlius rejects Taco Bell Cantina, but it wasnโ€™t because beer was on the menu: A proposed Taco Bell Cantina in the village of Manlius is off the table because it came with a drive-thru window. A zone change allowing a drive-thru was rejected by the Manlius Village Board, with opponents saying it would have required โ€œan exception to past practice.โ€ The proposed restaurant would have replaced the former Manlius village fire station on Stickley Drive with offerings like beer, frozen alcoholic drinks and featured entertainment.
