If the Buffalo Bills are serious about salvaging the 2023 season, it’s time for the team to get aggressive at the trade deadline. On Monday, the Philadelphia Eagles pushed their chips all-in on the 2023 season by making a move for Kevin Byard, an All-Pro safety from the Tennessee Titans. After getting so close to winning the Lombardi Trophy one year ago, the Eagles are adding another star to their defense.
The Eagles, of course, are sitting at 6-1 and are in prime position for a deep playoff run in the NFC. The same cannot be said for the Bills right now in the AFC. At 4-3, the team is clinging to the final playoff spot in the conference with many different matchups awaiting them later this season. If the team wants to remain in the playoff picture, the team should explore making a move at the deadline.
