Syracuse, N.Y. — A fire in a North Side apartment building in Syracuse displaced seven people Wednesday afternoon, firefighters said.
Firefighters were called at 3:48 p.m. to 404 Union Pl. after multiple callers reported seeing smoke coming from the two-story building, according to Onondaga County 911 Center dispatches.
