What is your position and what do you/your company do in the cannabis space?
I am the founder of a cannabis CRM business consultancy. With years of experience serving retailers, our team of certified Salesforce professionals excels in delivering exceptional implementation services to cannabis dispensaries, cultivators, processors, and distribution companies.
How long have you worked in the cannabis space?
I have worked in the legal cannabis space since 2020.
What did you do before you were involved in the cannabis industry?
I have experience working in the payments and technology industry, having worked at blue chip Fortune 100 companies such as American Express, Salesforce, Microsoft, and Sprinklr.
What led you to the cannabis industry?
Cannabis has been a part of my personal and professional journey. I have family members who consume cannabis, as well as others who have faced legal consequences, including arrests and deportations, related to cannabis.
As an entrepreneur, I made a conscious decision to leverage my career experience and intellectual property to impact the legal cannabis ecosystem in hopes of empowering retailers with software solutions that enhance their operational efficiency and enable them to run their cannabusinesses more effectively.
