Person reported shot at Parkside Commons in Syracuse

Syracuse, N.Y. — A person was reported shot Saturday night at the Parkside Commons apartments in Syracuse.

A caller to the Onondaga County Center told dispatchers around 9:49 p.m. that they heard three gunshots and saw someone screaming and bleeding.
