Police ask for help finding missing 15-year-old Fulton girl with ties to Syracuse

Fulton, N.Y. — Fulton police are asking for help finding a missing 15-year-old girl who has ties to the Syracuse area, police said.

Mikayla Coulter was last seen July 15, leaving a house and getting into a silver hatchback vehicle, police said Thursday.
