Syracuse, N.Y. ― Syracuse fans will have to wait a few more weeks to learn the Orange men’s basketball team’s ACC schedule.
Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports posted on his social media platform that the ACC will announce its full schedule on Tuesday, Sept. 26. A source confirmed Rothstein’s report and added that the schedule will be revealed on the ACC Network.
Which teams Syracuse will play as part of its ACC schedule are already known. The ACC will continue to follow its conference scheduling matrix, which rolls over every three years.
This year, Syracuse will play Boston College, Pittsburgh, Louisville, Clemson, North Carolina and N.C. State both home and away. The Orange will play home games only against Miami, Notre Dame, Florida State and Virginia Tech.
Syracuse will have road games against Wake Forest, Duke, Virginia and Georgia Tech.
The ACC Network’s schedule reveal will provide the dates and times of the conference games.
This will be the final year of the ACC’s rotating schedule. California, Stanford and SMU will join the ACC for the 2024-25 season, which will force the league to develop a new schedule.
Syracuse’s non-conference schedule was completed in July. Dates and locations for those games are listed below.
Syracuse opens its season on Monday, Nov. 6 against New Hampshire. It will mark the head coaching debut of Adrian Autry. Autry, a former SU player and assistant, succeeds Jim Boeheim, who retired after 47 years following the 2022-23 season.
