Winston-Salem, N.C. — Just to mix things up more, Syracuse played Wake Forest on Saturday night in a game that started at the random time of 7:53. I feel like the Orange is working on an unofficial record for number of games at weird times this season.
Both Syracuse and Wake Forest really needed this game. The Demon Deacons had lost two straight, both on the road. Syracuse lost to Boston College in Chestnut Hill earlier in the week.
