Syracuse, N.Y. — Syracuse football fans can put kick times for three more games on their calendars with fewer than 100 days until the beginning of the season.
Kickoff times for the season opener and two other games were released Wednesday by the ACC.
The Orange will kick off the season against Colgate at 4 p.m. on Sept. 2 on ACC Network Extra.
The two programs last met in 2016, when Syracuse won its 16th straight game to even the all-time series at 31-31. SU has played host to all but four of the matchups.
Syracuse’s two non-Saturday games this fall occur back-to-back: Week 9 against Virginia Tech is a Thursday night game, and Week 10 against Boston College is a Friday night game.
The Orange will play the Hokies in Blacksburg, Virginia, at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 26 on ESPN.
SU and VT have met twice since the former joined the ACC, in 2016 and 2021, and 17 times before that. The series is split 11-8 in Syracuse’s favor with the Orange winning each of the past two matchups.
SU and Boston College will play at 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 3 on ESPN2.
The Eagles are one of the Orange’s three annual opponents under the ACC’s new 3-5-5 scheduling model. Last year, Syracuse beat BC, 32-23, on the road to snap a five-game losing streak and ensure a winning record.
A fourth kick time was reported earlier this week. Syracuse travels to West Lafayette, Indiana, to play Purdue at 7:30 p.m. Sept. 16 on NBC.
The matchup could be the first true test for the Orange this season, though Purdue is working with a new coaching staff led by first-year head coach Ryan Walters after Jeff Brohm resigned and returned to Louisville at the end of 2022.
The start time for the Orange’s Week 2 game against Western Michigan will likely be announced as soon as it’s finalized by the network and conference.
Game times for Syracuse’s seven other matchups — vs. Army (Sept. 23), vs. Clemson (Sept. 30), at North Carolina (Oct. 7), at Florida State (Oct. 14), vs. Pittsburgh (Nov. 11), at Georgia Tech (Nov. 18) and…
