Lake George, NY – A 28-year-old Syracuse man has been arrested and charged with rape after deputies say he had sex with two underage girls in a Lake George motel.
Michael A. Mickle was charged with two counts of rape, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office announced recently
Deputies said they were contacted by a parent shortly after 1 a.m. July 8 reporting that her 11-year-old daughter was missing from her home in Lake George.
Police discovered that the 11-year-old and a 15-year-old friend may have used the Tinder app to meet up with Mickle in a motel room in Lake George. Mickle and the two females were located in the motel room where deputies said they had engaged in sexual contact with Mickle.
He was arraigned and released on $5,000 cash bail. He is scheduled appear in court at a later date.
