Syracuse, N.Y. — Three people have been indicted in federal court and accused of making several methamphetamine and fentanyl sales in Syracuse.
Devon Drake, 33, Lacey Fontaine, 33, and Henry Townsend, 28, were indicted Feb. 7 on charges of distributing and conspiring to distribute and possession with intent to distribute controlled substances, prosecutors from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of New York said in a news release Friday.
Their charges carry a minimum sentence of 10 years in prison if convicted.
