A house in Lansing that sold for $622,500 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Tompkins County in the past week.
In total, seven residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past week, with an average price of $300,129, $190 per square foot.
The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Dec. 9 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
7. $166K, single-family house at 584 Trumbulls Corners Road
A sale has been finalized for the detached house at 584 Trumbulls Corners Road in Newfield. The price was $166,000 and the new owners took over the house in November. The house was built in 1970 and the living area totals 1,224 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $136. The deal was finalized on Nov. 21.

The property at 132 Livermore Road in Dryden has new owners. The price was $190,000. The house was built in 1965 and has a living area of 1,536 square feet. The price per square foot is $124. The deal was finalized on Nov. 15.

The 1,047 square-foot single-family house at 203 Fair Street in Ithaca has been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in November and the total purchase price was $225,000, $215 per square foot. The house was built in 1939. The deal was finalized on Nov. 20.
4. $263K, single-family home at 65 Midline Road
The property at 65 Midline Road in Caroline has new owners. The price was $262,500. The house was built in 1996 and has a living area of 1,220 square feet. The price per square foot is $215. The deal was finalized on Nov. 20.
