The Buffalo Bills (6-6) will be on the road in Week 14 to take on the Kansas City Chiefs.
Buffalo has been excellent post-bye under Sean McDermott. The team holds a 6-0 record following the bye week during his tenure as head coach, but all six wins have come at home.
