Young the Giant is heading to Lewiston, New York, on Tuesday, June 13. The show begins at 6 p.m. at the Artpark Outdoor Amphitheater. Milky Chance will open the show.

Young the Giant last performed in Syracuse in 2017. “The floppy-haired Gadhia commanded the room with his rich, resonant voice and equally impressive dance moves, busting out the moon walk, the running man and plenty of hip thrusts,” says Katrina Tulloch, who covered the 2017 concert at The F Shed at The Market.

Lead vocalist Sameer Gadhia is Indian-American, Jacob Tilley (guitar) is British, Eric Cannata (guitar/vocals) is an Italian-Jewish native of New Jersey, Payam Doostzadeh (bass) is Persian-American and Francois Comtois (drums/vocals) is French-Canadian.

Young the Giant is most notable for hit songs like “Mind Over Matter,” “Cough Syrup,” “Superposition,” “My Body,” “Something to Believe In,” and “Silvertongue.” Their latest album is ACT I & II from 2022, which features songs like “Guardian Angel,” “Wake Up,” “American Bollywood,” “My Way,” and more.
