Cole, who tossed six shutout innings, allowed Cleveland’s only hit of the game, which came on Steven Kwan’s leadoff single in the first.Â
Aaron Judge blasted his Major League-leading 48th home run of the season and Giancarlo Stanton crushed a three-run homer, his 21st of the season. Austin Wells and Ben Rice added sacrifice flies.Â
Tim Hill (1.1 IP), Luke Weaver (0.2 IP), and Michael Tonkin (1.0 IP) recorded scoreless appearances to help New York secure their 10th shutout win of the season.Â
