State police have arrested an Auburn resident after he allegedly had sexual contact with a minor at his business.
Troopers charged Sotirios Gotsis, 57, of Auburn with forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child.
Gotsis is charged with having sexual contact with a female under the age of 17 at his place of business on June 15, 2023, in the town of Elbridge.
The identity of the business was not released.
He was issued appearance tickets for local court at a later date.
