Auburn woman charged with stalking after weeks of harassing behavior

The Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 69-year-old Auburn woman following a neighborhood incident in Fleming.

Deputies were dispatched to the area of Forest Hill Drive in Fleming on September 17 for a neighborhood dispute.

On October 19 deputies arrested Barbara Stotler, 69, of Auburn for fourth-degree stalking.

She’s accused of acting to disrupt or annoy an individual in that neighborhood for four weeks after the initial call to police.

The charges will be answered at a later date.
