Auburn woman faces felony charges after choking, striking victim in front of children

Police arrested a 42-year-old Auburn woman on felony charges after a domestic incident after she choked a man in front of two children.

Crystal Moore, 42, was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, harassment, criminal mischief, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, a felony count of aggravated family offense, and obstruction.

Those charges stem from a dispute where Moore struck a male victim multiple times, choked him, and damaged property that belonged to him while in the presence of two kids.

Sheโ€™s also accused of obstructing officers duties while she was in custody.

An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim and Moore will answer the charges at a later date.
