BILLS GAME WEEK: Buffalo faces Pittsburgh at home in Wild Card round (preview)

The NFL playoffs are here, and the Buffalo Bills (11-6) are set to face the Pittsburgh Steelers (10-7) at Highmark Stadium on Sunday at 1 p.m. in the Wild Card round.

Among the many storylines is the weather in Orchard Park. Patrick Hammer, a chief meteorologist in Buffalo, said heavy lake-effect snow is possible along with temperatures in the 20s and 30 mph winds, which will cause wind chills of 5-10 degrees.

As for the game, the two teams will meet for the 30th time, including three times in the playoffs. The Steelers lead the all-time series 17-12 and are 2-1 against Buffalo in the postseason. The last meeting was October 9, 2022, when the Bills picked up a 38-3 home victory.

Josh Allen holds a 4-4 playoff record, with all four wins coming at home. Buffalo has lost two of their last three playoff games, while Pittsburgh hasnโ€™t won a playoff game since January 15, 2017, when they defeated the Kansas City Chiefs in the Divisional Round.

Jim Nantz, Tony Romo, and Tracy Wolfson will have the call on CBS.
