Deputies arrested a Canandaigua man following a traffic stop on 5&20 in Bloomfield.
According to a news release, Eduardo Morales Hernandez, 41, was charged with DWI and failure to keep right.
The charges stem from a traffic stop that happened a little after 11 p.m. in Bloomfield.
He will answer the charges at a later date in local court.
