Police say a Canandaigua resident was taken into custody for stealing from his place of employment.
Ian Woodhams, 29, of Canandaigua was charged with falsifying business records after a larceny investigation at a South Main Street business.
He’s accused of stealing money by using gift cards that had been issued by the business.
Additional details about the theft were not released. The charges will be answered at a later date.
