Canandaigua man faces felony charge after violating court order

Police arrested a Canandaigua man following an investigation into a violated court order.

James Grover, 36, of Canandaigua was charged with aggravated criminal contempt after a court order was violated.

It was determined that in June, Grover was operating a vehicle in the city while a protected party was passenger.

He was arrested and arraigned on the charge.
