Police arrested a Canandaigua resident for assault after a stabbing over the weekend.
Crystal Belcher, 37, of Canandaigua was charged with second-degree assault after the stabbing on Saltonstall Street.
Belcher is accused of stabbing a victim with a pair of scissors.
