Cannabis dispensary operator from Cayuga, Wayne counties is defiant after raids, says locations will stay open

Two unlicensed cannabis dispensaries in Auburn that were recently raided by state authorities continue to operate, according to their owner David Tulley.

Despite signs posted by the New York State Office of Cannabis Management warning them to cease sales of โ€œunapproved and unauthorized cannabis products,โ€ Tulleyโ€™s businessesโ€”โ€˜Iโ€™m Stuckโ€™ and the โ€˜Weed Warehouseโ€™โ€”continue to offer โ€œconsultationsโ€ about cannabis while technically gifting the products, exploiting a legal loophole.

Tulleyโ€™s operations extend beyond Auburn, including four additional โ€˜Iโ€™m Stuckโ€™ locations in Wayne County.

He was recently arrested after those raids. However, he told The Citizen that his operations are not a risk to public health and sources cannabis exclusively from New York, purchased from Native Americans.

He told The Citizen the ongoing situation is viewed as a fight for his right to remain in New Yorkโ€™s cannabis industry.
