Authorities in Cayuga County say an inmate at the county jail there violated an active court order earlier this year, resulting in new charges being filed against him.
Rayvon Henry was found to have violated an active court order by making several phone calls and video chats to the protected party using the jail’s communication system.
He was arrested in late-February after a lengthy investigation and charged with aggravated family offense and criminal contempt.
Authorities say Henry was arraigned and will answer the charges at a later date.
