Cayuga County Office Building closed after sustaining roof damage during wind storm (photos)

The Cayuga County Office Building is being closed for the day after sustaining damage during last night’s wind storm.

According to officials, the building is closed to employees and the public on Wednesday.

The County Office Building sustained some damage to its roof last night. A building-wide assessment will take place today, officials added.

An update is expected later today on the building’s status.
