Chris Stapleton concert postponed due to air quality concerns

Ongoing air quality concerns in the Finger Lakes and Central New York has prompted the postponement of a highly-anticipated concert.

Chris Stapleton, who was set to play at St. Joseph’s Health Amphitheater at Lakeview on Thursday has been rescheduled.

The date has not yet been set, but the Amp reported that it should be released by mid-day Friday.

Around 17,000 people were expected to be there, but due to air quality concerns, Stapleton announced the postponement.

Due to the ongoing air conditions in the greater Syracuse area, tomorrow night’s show at @StJosephsAmp will be rescheduled. All previously purchased tickets for the original date will be honored for the new date.

We expect to have an update by mid-day June 9th.
