Deputies arrested a Clifton Springs man following an investigation that spanned months in the village.
Angel Ortiz Jr., 23, of Clifton Springs was arrested for two counts of aggravated harassment after an incident on August 24, 2023.
He’s accused of threatening to shoot his family while displaying what appeared to be a pistol.
He then repeatedly called the victim without any intentional purpose. The threats were apparently communicated over Snapchat.
He was released on his own recognizance and will answer the charges at a later date.
