Clyde man arrested for aggravated DWI after crash

The incident occurred on State Route 31 where Aguilarlopez’s vehicle veered off the road and into a culvert ditch. Subsequent field sobriety tests, which Aguilarlopez failed, led to his arrest on charges of aggravated DWI and moving from lane unsafely.

Following the investigation and arrest, Aguilarlopez was processed at the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office. He was then released on tickets, with instructions to appear in the Town of Galen Court at a later date to respond to the charges.
