A local woman was taken into custody by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office following a harassment investigation that transpired on John Street on August 16.
Crystal M Stubbings, 33, was arrested around 1:11 p.m. on charges of second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child.
Authorities allege that Stubbings struck a child on the face, desiring the child to stay away from her son.
She has been issued an appearance ticket and will face the charges in Galen Town Court at an upcoming date.
