The National Weather Service described it as a โ€˜very unsettledโ€™ week, as a second storm promises either more snow or a soaking rain between Thursday and Friday.

High Wind Warning

The first system is going to bring strong, potentially damaging winds to much of the region.

Gusts in excess of 65 mph are possible, according to the NWS, who says everything from power outages to downed trees or limbs are possible.

The timing for the high wind warning is 10 a.m. Tuesday through 4 a.m. Wednesday.

Cayuga, Ontario, Livingston, Monroe, and Wayne counties are all included in the warning.
