Deputies say a Canandaigua woman who was incarcerated at the Ontario County Jail has been arrested on a felony assault charge after an investigation.
Details of the incident were not immediately available.
However, Shakela Smith, 27, was arrested for second-degree assault.
She was remanded to the Ontario County Jail without bail.
