The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Bronx man following multiple vehicle and traffic complaints on State Route 104.
On Thursday around 6:15 p.m. deputies arrested Eurys Mejia, 26, after several civilian complaints to 911 about a driver that was failing to maintain their lane.
Following an investigation, Mejia was found to have a BAC of 0.22%. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated.
All of the charges will be answered at a later date.
