Deputies arrested a Lyons man following a string of larcenies in Wayne County.
According to a news release, Chad Zerniak, 33, has been charged with petit larceny in connection with one of those larcenies.
The identified incident took place at the Kwik Fill located in the town. He’s accused of stealing merchandise from the convenience store.
He was taken into custody and will answer the charges at a later date.
Deputies did not clarify what additional incidents were involved in the ‘string of larcenies’ they reported.
