Deputies arrested a Phelps man following a domestic incident on Thursday.
A little after midnight Ancelmo Perez Perez, 31, of Phelps was taken into custody for two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, harassment, and criminal obstruction of breathing.
Details of the incident were not released.
However, deputies said Perez was held through the morning awaiting arraignment.
