Deputies report the arrest of a 49-year-old following an investigation into a disturbance.
Brian Rosell Sr., 49, is accused of intentionally pointing a weapon at another person in the town of Bath.
It’s further alleged that after deputies arrived on-scene and attempted to take him into custody he resisted.
As result, Rosell has been charged with felony counts of assault and criminal possession of a weapon. He was also charged with menacing and resisting arrest.
Powers was arraigned and held without bail.
