Randolph Bullock, a 67-year-old man from Dryden, is set to serve 97 months in federal prison for possessing materials related to child sexual abuse, as stated by federal agencies. This sentence follows Bullockโs previous admissions of guilt; he conceded to possessing exploitative imagery of children, involving prepubescent minors, on multiple devices during January of 2018 and April of 2021.
The U.S. District Court, after reviewing the cases, concluded that Bullock had engaged in a repetitive pattern of sexual abuse or exploitation involving two minor victims, aged 4 and 6 at the times of the offenses. These findings have led to stringent post-incarceration mandates for Bullock. He will undergo 20 years of supervised release and is mandated to compensate $3,000 to each victim depicted in the illicit materials he had in his possession.
In addition to incarceration, financial restitution, and supervised release, Bullock is also required to register as a sex offender, further emphasizing the severity of his offenses and the rigorous legal repercussions enforced to protect minors from sexual exploitation.
