Police say a Dundee man was arrested in Seneca Falls after taking money that belonged to another person.
According to a news release, Allan Hansford, 52, was arrested for petit larceny after a person in front of him at an ATM left their money in the machine.
He took the money and kept it.
Hansford was later issued an appearance ticket returnable to local court at a later date.
