Deputies arrested an East Rochester man following a larceny of more than $1,400 from the Dicks Sporting Goods store in Victor.
On Thursday around 1 p.m. deputies arrested Sean David Delzell, 31, following a shoplifting investigation at Eastview Mall.
He’s accused of concealing merchandise worth over $1,400 and being caught by loss prevention staff at the store.
He passed all points of sale and was taken into custody on a felony count of grand larceny due to the value of the merchandise.
The charges will be answered at a later date in Victor Town Court.
