The Town of Erwin has been recognized as a Pro-Housing Community by New York State.
This program, launched last July, rewards local governments working to tackle the state’s housing crisis. With this designation, Erwin can apply for special funding to support affordable and diverse housing projects.
This new status will help Erwin secure financial support for housing developments and infrastructure improvements, addressing housing affordability and reducing homelessness.
