Deputies say a Fairport man faces felony assault charges after an incident at Finger Lakes Gaming.
Derek Odonnell, 45, of Fairport was arrested for second-degree assault after an incident at the casino and racetrack.
Details of the incident were not released.
However, deputies said Odonnell was held at the Ontario County Jail until arraignment.
