Deputies arrested a town of Seneca resident following an investigation into family trouble in Manchester.
Around 5:30 p.m. on Thursday deputies arrested Mark Yeatts, 38, for endangering the welfare of a child.
Details of the incident were not released. However, Yeatts is said to have acted in a way that resulted in the charges on October 31.
He was processed and released on his own recognizance.
