Authorities provided an update on a fatal motorcycle crash that happened in the town of Addison on Tuesday.
Sheriff Jim Allard says 56-year-old Frank Stout, of Elmira collided with a utility pole after his motorcycle left Beeman Hollow Road in Addison.
Stout was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the sheriff’s office, who said the incident remained under investigation as of Tuesday.
Sheriff Allard shared his condolences to the family involved.
